We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The moment we walked into the immaculately clean lobby, we were impressed. The staff provided excellent customer care, upgrading our room and giving us a lovely view. The trendy decor and fixtures in our room were stunning, and the bed was so comfortable that we wished we could take it home. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep.
There were very few guests during our stay, which made the hotel feel a bit empty. The interactions with the staff were decently pleasant but not great.

Location was excellent for attending Manhattan Transfer concert next door. Bed was excellent.
Musty smell of room was only held at bay by keeping fan on Low Speed ~ which kept re-setting to Off. Very inconvenient for uninterrupted sleeping thru the night - smell would return.

Cindy
